1. Information We Collect
Softinsight IT collects organizational details, billing contacts, and technical network parameters strictly required to configure software licenses, synchronize Mikrotik radius servers, and authenticate automated backups.
2. Data Confidentiality & Encryption
All sensitive user credentials, database passwords, biometric records, and client records are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell, lease, or monetize client database records.
3. Server Access & Remote Telemetry
Our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) only captures diagnostic performance telemetry (CPU usage, bandwidth queue health, database memory thresholds) necessary to alert clients of impending resource exhaustion.
4. Inquiries & Data Subject Rights
You may request an export or complete purging of your telemetry logs at any time by contacting our security desk at privacy@softinsightit.com or visiting our corporate office at House No.418, Kuati Mosjid Road Noyanagar, Vatara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
